All employees have an equal responsibility to ensure the effective functioning of the Company Quality Policy.
This Policy is applicable to all operations of Karjan Industries and to each and every employee, contractor and service provider of KARJEN Industries.
To achieve this all employees and contractors are required to observe and adhere to the following Company guidelines:
- All plant and equipment must be maintained and used in an efficient and safe manner.
- Eliminate Quality non-conformances.
- Set stringent targets in the area of QMS along with customer satisfaction, which drives us towards continual improvement.
- All employees have an equal responsibility for identifying and reporting potential threat of its market along with its mitigation for market share.
- In the event of non-conformances both in house and in customer place appropriate investigation and corrective actions shall be implemented to prevent re-occurrence of such a non-conformances.
- KARGEN Industries likely to develop and initiate new product and modify the existing product as per the market feedback to achieve its growth in the market.
- All employees including contractors shall be appropriately trained to enable them to operate in a safe and effective manner for better efficiency to cater the market.
- All employees are responsible for maintaining appropriate housekeeping standards and minimize impact on product through efficient manufacturing process.
- Comply with statutory requirements as the minimum standard and commitment to go beyond and adopt stricter standards wherever appropriate.
